The training will use a practical and participatory methodology combining facilitator presentations, boardroom case studies, group discussions, governance scenarios, practical exercises, role plays, problem-solving activities, and experience-sharing. Participants will be encouraged to examine real-world governance situations and apply the tools and concepts to their own organizational contexts.
